The International Accord for Health and Safety in the Textile and Garment Industry is a legally binding agreement between global trade unions and over 150 clothing companies. The agreement continues the work of the 2013 and 2018 Accords on Fire & Building Safety in Bangladesh and will further establish worker safety programs in at least one other country. The International Accord Foundation, based in the Netherlands, implements the agreement.
