Colm Quinn

Colm brings over 20 years of engineering expertise to his role as Interim Chief Safety Officer (CSO) for the Pakistan Accord. In his primary role, he has served as Head of Operations at the International Accord since February 2024, overseeing the development and implementation of procedures with a focus on digitalising inspections and reporting systems for enhanced efficiency. Colm ensures seamless coordination across departments, facilitates the effective management of inspections and remediation processes, and supports the establishment of new offices.
