Colm Quinn

Colm Quinn is the Interim CSO for Pakistan Accord to ensure continuity in inspections and remediation work at covered factories.

Colm brings over 20 years of engineering expertise to his role as Interim CSO at the Pakistan Accord and Head of Operations at the International Accord since February 2024. As Head of Operations, Colm oversees the development and implementation of procedures with a focus on digitalising inspections and reporting systems for enhanced efficiency. Colm ensures seamless coordination across departments, facilitates the effective management of inspections and remediation processes, and supports the establishment of new offices.
