Colm Quinn

Colm Quinn serves as the Chief Safety Officer (CSO) for the Pakistan Accord since July 2026. In this capacity, he oversees the implementation of inspection and remediation programs across all covered factories in Pakistan.

With over 20 years of engineering expertise, Colm has held key roles within the organisation. Previously serving as Interim CSO and Remediation Department Manager for the Pakistan Accord, he started as Head of Operations at the International Accord in February 2024. In that role, he led the development of operational procedures, with a particular focus on digitising inspection and reporting systems to drive efficiency.
