Eleana Vink

Eleana joined the International Accord in May 2025. In her role, she focuses on optimising data analysis and ensuring transparency through periodic public reporting. She brings experience in research and data management from several roles. She has worked at a Dutch policy research bureau and at the Universal Rights Group (URG), a Geneva-based human rights NGO and think tank. She currently works as a Data Researcher at the University of Amsterdam and volunteers with Amnesty International as a member of its Youth Council. Passionate about human rights, Eleana holds an MSc in Human Rights and Diplomacy.
