Miriam Neale

Miriam is an advisor for the labour caucus of the International Accord since June 2026. She also holds a senior management role at the Competence Centre for Human Rights Due Diligence, which promotes effective due diligence to strengthen labour and trade union rights. Miriam has 20 years’ experience working with multinational companies, producers, trade unions, and NGOs to promote decent work in global value chains. She was part of the Bangladesh Accord and International Accord Secretariats from 2014 to 2023, leading signatory engagement and contributing to strategy, policy and operational developments. Prior to the Accord, Miriam managed ethical trade programmes at Tesco for 5 years. She has a Masters’ degree in Public International Law.
