Winnie Lo

Winnie joined the International Accord in June 2026 as Senior Brand Strategy Advisor. In this role, she supports International Accord Steering Committee brands in their engagement with the Brand Caucus. She works towards an aligned, strategically coherent caucus that contributes a unified brand perspective to the development of the International Accord and its CSSPs.

Before joining the International Accord, Winnie spent more than 20 years in the private sector, including a tenure at PVH, where she managed corporate responsibility programs focused on human rights, environmental compliance, and responsible sourcing across textile and garment supply chains. Additionally, she worked at the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP), supporting brand engagement and collaboration on supply chain sustainability.
